CGGS utilises a number recruitment channels when advertising employment opportunities including our School website, SEEK, IB Schools Australasia and other specialist websites.
To apply for a position at CGGS you will be asked to complete the online employment application form. This is a short four-step process and will require you to upload a current CV and cover letter. The cover letter should provide us with enough information to determine your suitability for the role and your ability to fulfil the required duties. A brief understanding of why you are interested in working at CGGS is also good to include. There is no need address selection criteria.

The Selection Process
Our recruitment and screening of all employees is a rigorous process with the aim to recruit the best possible candidate for the role. In addition to interviews, screening includes reference checking, certification verification with the Teacher Quality Institute (ACT) for teachers and Working with Vulnerable People checks (WWVP).
In most cases, we undertake a two-stage interview process which may include an online interview. Teaching roles will be required to teach a full demonstration lesson.
